At the end of July, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 31.25 x 81 foot lot at 57 Oriole Gardens in Deer Park in Toronto.

It was a house that was listed a year ago when it looked like this…

And was since renovated and designed by Mcgill Design Group.

It was listed last year for $2,695,000 and it sold for asking in 2 days.

After the renovation, it was listed at $3,498,000. I thought it was a little weird for a flip, if it was a flip, but it was a good house.

It took a few weeks to sell but if finally sold last week…
