In May, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 36.67 x 138.50 foot reverse ravine lot at 96 South Kingsway in the Swansea neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this when it was last for sale in 2017…

It was listed at $1,198,000 and it sold for $1,100,000.

Like many of the neighbours, it was torn down and replaced with a modern new build. This one was done by ModLife Design and Build and they did a great job.

By May 2020, it was on the market for $2,888,888.

I mentioned that if you were okay with living in fishbowl, or using a powder room with a floor to ceiling window overlooking the neighbour’s backyard and hammock…

Or if the location on a busy street wasn’t an issue, I don’t see this sitting for long.

It sold a week and a half after I posted it…

For $2,715,000.
