This is a REALLY nice house.

It is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 61.1 x 115.5 foot pie shaped lot with a detached garage at 9 Meredith Crescent in Rosedale in Toronto.

It’s a beautiful house from the outside and just as good on the inside.

It has been fully renovated from top to bottom though I am not sure how long ago it was done. They have kept a lot of the original details like the railings and the office on the second floor but have modernized it with things like the tile at the front door, the dark oiled floors throughout, the large principal bathroom and dressing room, not to mention the furniture.

It’s basically move-right-in ready with a kitchen that works with the current modern furniture but could work just as well with a more traditional style. It’s bright. It’s got a good yard for south Rosedale.

Based on the listing photos and the location of this house, my guess was that the asking price would be somewhere around $6,500,000.

The asking price is $6,775,000.

So…

This is a great house at a good price for the location. Why hasn’t it sold yet?
