It’s an odd but good looking house from the outside and shows really well on the inside.

When it was last for sale in 2007, it looked like this…

It was listed at $429,900 and sold for $475,000.

And while it showed well then as well, the changes that I can see are the kitchen has been redone with the addition of a desk in the dining room area. The floors have been lightened and I assume both bathrooms were redone. And they added a fence in the backyard.

It is now back on the market for $1,298,000.

If someone doesn’t have a problem with the train being essentially in the backyard, I don’t see this sitting for long.
