PRICE DROP #2 - 110 Grenadier Road - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO

At the end of November, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 29.5 x 100 foot lot at 110 Grenadier Road in Roncesvalles in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when it was last listed in 2014…

It was listed at $899,000 and sold for $999,999.

After work to the outside and the inside (but not a full gut), the house was back on the market in November for $2,799,000. With the wonky layout do to it not being a full gut, that was probably a little high.

It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $2,499,000.

It still hasn’t sold and the price has been dropped again…

To $1,999,000.

They should really throw in that giant gun print door.
