In July, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17.75 x 120 foot lot with 2 parking spots at 145 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill in Toronto.

And as I pointed out about the interior…

It was full of animal print, stripes, plaid, more stripes, more animal print and more stripes…

So, if that wasn’t your thing, this house probably wasn’t for you unless you wanted to spend the money changing those things.

Which is why I thought the initial price tag of $3,385,000 was pretty high. When I posted it, the price was down to $2,995,000. My guess was that it would have another drop which it did at some point to $2,799,000.

I’m not sure when that happened but a week ago, this house finally sold…

For $2,725,000.
