AND IT WENT FOR - 21 Clarendon Avenue - SOUTH HILL, TORONTO
In October, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a a 32 x 80 foot lot at 21 Clarendon Avenue in the South Hill neighbourhood in Toronto.
It was a renovated house that used to look like this…
Inside, there is a lot of black and white with some tan/camel accents thrown in which looked great if that was your thing.
But the house was only 3 bedrooms and the price was $4,488,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped by the end of October to $3,950,000.
It finally sold in mid-December…
For $3,640,000.
Wonder if they threw in all the marble furniture instead of moving it.
