AND IT WENT FOR - 84 Rusholme Rd - DUFFERIN GROVE

A year ago, I posted this 4+5 bedroom (huh?), 6 bathroom house with a studio in the backyard (instead of a garage I think) with a 1 car front pad parking at 84 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Grove in Toronto.

I pointed out that I wasn’t sure how the +5 bedroom would work without having to walk through another bedroom so I thought it was more of a +2 house with the 2 bedrooms in the basement apartment. The most recent listing says it is a +3 house.

However many +bedrooms there are, it was a house that showed well with some quirks.

It was listed at $2,450,000. I mentioned that if the proximity to College was seen as a plus, it would sell fast.

It never sold and was back on the market last week with some changes to the decor. It was listed for $2,199,000.

It sold in 4 days…

For $2,305,000.
