In December, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 21 x 100 foot lot at 812 Duplex Avenue in Lytton Park in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this in 2008…

It was then renovated to open it up with an addition at the back and some changes to the kitchen.

In 2008, it was listed at $580,000 and sold for $576,000. After more than a decade and a renovation, it was back on the market for $1,795,000.

A few days after I posted it, it sold for…

$1,801,000.
