This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 15.67 x 112.67 foot lot at 305 1/2 Woodfield Road in the Greenwood-Coxwell neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when I posted it years ago…

The asking price was $528,000 and it sold for $635,000 which I thought was crazy.

Since then, from what I can see, the floors were lightened on the first floor, the kitchen was painted a light blue or grey, the roof is now dark, and the back deck has been changed to a garden.

And it showed really well.

It was listed at the end of September for $999,000.  It sold after 2 days on the market…

For $1,424,000.
