Though it looks similar to what was there before, it now looks like a lot of other black and white houses in the neighbourhood. Those houses were done by several different builders that I keep getting confused.

I’m not sure if this house was also done by one of those builders but it is a very good house.

I don’t love the living room/dining situation at the front and would probably switch them so the living room isn’t right at the front door. And I am not crazy about the beige paint on that fireplace wall in the family room and would prefer that to be white. Otherwise, this is a great house.

It took a while to sell but it finally sold…
