6 Croft Street - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO

When I saw the photos for this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom laneway house with 1 parking spot on a 26 x 46 foot lot at 6 Croft Street in Harbord Village in Toronto…

For some reason, it made me think of the house at 4444 Rue Rivard in the Plateau neighbourhood in Montreal

I guess it was the white brick wall and the first floor outdoor space. There was just a similar feel to it but this house feels more done.

It looked like this in 2005…

It was listed for $729,000 and sold for $690,000.

Ten years later, it was renovated to what it is today and was put on the market for $1,585,000. It sold for $1,620,000.

From what I can see, there haven’t been a lot of changes other than paint.

It is now on the market at a 6% CAGR with an asking price of…

$2,149,900.

My guess is that this will sell fast.

P.S. Check out the walk through here.
