Last week, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30 x 120 foot lot at 74 Chudleigh Avenue in Lytton Park in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this a year ago…

It was then redone by Gordongroup Design + Management and they did a great job. There my be more wrought iron shelves than some people are into but it wouldn’t be difficult to remove them if they aren’t your thing.

Overall, it was a great move-in-ready house in a great neighbourhood with the only downside being that it backed onto houses on busy Lawrence Avenue.

It was listed at $3,950,000.

It sold after 3 days on the market for…
