Two days ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50.75 x 75 foot lot at 243 Lonsdale Avenue in Forest Hill in Toronto.

It wasn’t a big house or a big lot with the ‘back yard’ actually being the front yard with no actual back yard.

But it was charming and was a great condo alternative with good outdoor space.

It was listed at $3,999,000.

I thought that though it wasn’t your typical yard and there was only 2 bedrooms at a fairly high asking price, I had a feeling it wasn’t going to sit for long.

And it didn’t. It had either sold before I posted it or it sold the same day…

For $4,466,000.
