124 Marion Street - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO
In the original post of that listing, I pointed out that the house reminded me of a minimalist version of current House and Home’s Editor-in-Chief and former Marion House Book blogger, Emma Reddington’s living room.
This was the living room of the Givins Street house…
And these were photos of Reddington’s living room from her blog…
So, when I started looking through the photos for this 3+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 26 x 133 foot lot at 124 Marion Street in Roncesvalles in Toronto and I saw the living room…
It seemed very familiar but I couldn’t put my finger on it.
Then I saw the dining room…
I still couldn’t put my finger on it because of that paint colour but then I recognized that painting. So, since her posts of her house seen above, she has done more redecorating.
And based on the before photos of this house when it was last listed in 2008…
Since then, the front has been repainted, the kitchen has been redone, and it looks like a garage was built in the back.
In 2008, it was listed at $587,000 and sold for $670,013.
Thirteen years later, it is back on the market…
For $1,600,000.
P.S. Curious about the paint colours in the dining room and the bathroom. Studio Green and Duck Green?
