AND IT WENT FOR - 147 Hanson Street - THE DANFORTH, TORONTO

At the end of February, I posted this 2+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom new build with a detached 1 car garage on a 20.01 x 100 foot lot at 147 Hanson Street in the Danforth neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this when it was last listed in in February 2019…

It was listed at $549,000 and sold for $635,000.

It was torn down and replaced with this house that was designed by architect Johnson Chou.

It was lnitially listed in October for $1,499,000 but I guess they wanted more because the price was increased a week later to $1,800,000.

When I posted it 2 months later, the price was $1,699,000.

It needed a fence and while the ‘courtyards’ provided a lot of light in the house, they also wasted a lot of needed space. But if that didn’t bother you, it was a good house.

It sold a few days after I posted it…

For $1,701,500.
