When I first saw the photos for this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 garage and 2 parking spots on a 27.25 x 80.15 lot at 39 Rathnelly Avenue in the Rathnelly neighbourhood in Toronto, I thought I was looking at this house…
The house across the street at 218 Cottingham Street, the house that had the video the guy making plans to meet on a patio ‘At Yorkville’…
It is basically the same house with one more bedroom in this house though it is attached to the bedroom beside. That house also had a large walk-in closet for the principal bedroom. But this house has a sort of finished basement.
When I first posted the Cottingham house, it was listed at $1,495,000. I thought it would sell closer to $1,650,000. It sold for $1,490,000.
In 2019, it was on the market again for $2,499,000. It sold for $2,550,000.
Two years later, this house is now on the market for…
$3,295,000.
That may be ambitious. But also, very well may happen (depending on the closet situation).
