I am not sure when it happened but it has since been completely renovated and they did a great job.
I’m not sure if it is the photography, the wide floor boards, or just the house but it feels wide and with that huge window at the back, it is really bright.
I’m also not sure what the storage situation is in the bedrooms but they seem like a good sized bedrooms. And while the basement isn’t exactly finished, it has a bathroom. The backyard isn’t huge but it is a good size for the city.
It is now listed at $1,098,000.
This is selling over ask for sure.
UPDATE: The floorplan is now up on the listing and it looks like there is a closet in the 2 smaller bedrooms…
The larger room has a wardrobe but the lising doesn’t say if that is included or not. Also, it looks like the majority of the reno was done in 2016 and that the basement is partially finished.
