This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 1 car garage on a 31.99 x 120 foot lot at 97 Constance Street in Roncesvalles in Toronto.

It is a house that used to look like this when it was last for sale in 2016…

It was listed at $1,429,000 and sold for $1,480,000.

It has since been completely renovated and they did a very good job. There was no work done in the backyard so if you are more into grass than stone, you may need to do some work there. Otherwise, this is a really good house.

But it is only 3 bedrooms. So is the asking price of $2,499,000 a little high?

It don’t think so and feel it could go over but it has been on the market for a week.

Maybe it will sell tonight.

P.S. This is the second primary bedroom that I have seen listed this week with pink walls. Can’t remember where the other one is but will post it if I find it again.
