SOLD - 79 Wroxeter Avenue - BLAKE-JONES, TORONTO

A little over a week ago, this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 20 x 107 foot lot at 79 Wroxeter Avenue in the Blake-Jones neighbourhood in Toronto came on the market.

It was a house that used to look like this when it was last for sale this past September…

It was listed at $999,000 and sold for $1.126,800.

It was quickly flipped (8 months seems quick, no?) and was back on the market at the end of April for $1,500,000.

This flip was done well (other than the fact that I think they should have painted the brick a dark grey and under that bay window) and must have cost more than $300,000 so they were clearly looking for more than asking.

And they got it. This house sold fast…

For $1,849,000.
