Is this the home of the owners of Mjolk?

I don’t think it is because according to this article from Nordic Design, the owners of Mjolk, Juli Daoust and John Baker, live in the apartment above their store on Dundas Street West…

But I am guessing that if they are not the owners, the people that do live in this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 30.67 x 140.75 foot lot with 3 parking spots definitely got some of their furniture through their store.

The asking price was initially $1,049,000 and after 2 price drops, it sold for $855,000.

After 9 years and a complete renovation, it is now back on the market…

For $2,695,000.

And you have to admit, even if it isn’t your style, it’s kind of amazing.
