SOLD - 569 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON, TORONTO

In April, this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a 2 car garage on a 21.83 x 125 foot lot at 569 Euclid Avenue in Palmerston came on the market.

Immediately when I saw it, it reminded me of the houses at 116 Sorauren Avenue

And 118 Sorauren Avenue

(Both of which seem to have still not sold, please correct me if I’m wrong.)

They had a very similar feel and basically the same windows. And as it turned out, this house was in fact also designed by Ancelr Studio, the same people as the Sorauren houses.

This house came on the market in April a few weeks before the house I posted at 632 Euclid Avenue

Where one reader wondered if Euclid was the new millionaire’s row.

That house had 4 bedrooms and was listed at $3,895,000. It sold in 4 days for $3,825,000.

This house on the other had was listed in April for $3,899,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped at the end of May to $3,695,000.

It still sat for a few more months but this house finally sold…

For $3,505,000.

Not quite what they initially wanted but still part of the new ‘Millionaire’s Row’.
