According to the listing,this house was ‘Out of the page of House and Home’. I’m not sure if it actually was in the magazine but the reason I wanted to post this house is because the styling of this house is very interesting.

Each piece of furniture seems well thought out along with the rugs, art, and other decor. It could be staging but, if it is, I haven’t seen it before.

It’s kind of a weird layout on the first floor and the rooms upstairs aren’t huge and there is no finished basement.

But this house showed really well.

It was listed at $1,699,000. It sold in 6 days…

For $2,327,021.

I wonder if they threw in some of the furniture.
