In June, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 33.01 x 88 foot lot at 32 Edgewood Crescent in Rosedale in Toronto.

It was a house I had posted several times in the past but the most recent time before this was in October of 2020.

It was listed then for For $2,688,000 and had been on the market for a month. It eventually sold in January of this year for $2,493,000.

Then for some reason, it was back on the market 5 months later for $2,695,000. After about a month on the market, the price was dropped to $2,649,000.

And it has finally sold again…

For$2,550,000.
