I love this house.

But considering it is on a 100 x 170.5 foot lot, I don’t think it is going to stay.

Apparently, it has been listed since June when it was featured in blogTO. The asking price at the time was $9,788,000. I didn’t notice it until just now and I love it. Sure, it needs work but if this were updated while respecting the original style, this could be amazing.

But is almost $10 million too much for a 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house that looks great but would need a ton of work too much?

Since it hasn’t sold, I guess that asking price was too high. But for a 10,000 square house that could be amazing…

Is the new price of $9,288,000 too much?
