PRICE DECREASE - 426 Roxton Road - BICKFORD PARK, TORONTO

At the beginning of December, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with a 2 car garage on a 25 x 125 foot lot at 426 Roxton Road in Bickford Park in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when it was last on the market in 2020…

It was listed for $1,599,000 and it sold for $1,861,000.

It was then flipped and put on the market a couple in December for $2,999,000.

It didn’t sell and a week later it had a price increase to $3,249,000…

Again, it didn’t sell and that price was dropped to $3,199,000 a few weeks ago.

It has now had another drop…

To $3,099,000.
