PRICE DROP - 878 Palmerston Avenue - SEATON VILLAGE

In September, I posted this this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with a 2 car garage at 878 Palmerston Avenue in Seaton Village.

It was a house that I had posted a few years earlier when it was listed for $2,495,000. It sold for $2,700,000.

Not a lot had changed other than the art which was still great (still think I have seen it before but can’t remember where). Also, the garage was cleared out and was being used as a living space instead of a studio.

Though I missed it, it had come back on the market in June for $3,898,000 or $1,298,000 more than its last selling price.

It didn’t sell and the price was dropped in September with a drop to $3,889,000.

$10,000.

That wasn’t going to do much. But as I pointed out, that price was only a 7.5% annual compounded increase so maybe it wasn’t so high after all.

It’s still on the market.

And it has now had another price drop…

To $3,495,000.
