In September, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 22 x 118 foot lot at 10 Rainsford Road in the Beaches in Toronto.

It looked like a renovated house done by Danielle Nicholas Bryk as she also had an 8 Rainsford folder in her Pinterest and she has this photo on her site…

Which was the same living room as this house…

It was listed in the summer for $3,250,000 but didn’t sell. When it came back on the market in mid-September, the asking price was $2,899,000.

It sold at the beginning of October…

For $2,825,000.
