10 Rainsford Road - BEACHES, TORONTO
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 22 x 118 foot lot at 10 Rainsford Road in the Beaches in Toronto.
It is a designer’s own home and from a quick google search and discovering her Pinterest account, I am thinking the designer/owner is the agent herself. There is one folder in particular titled ‘8 Rainsford’ and the feel of the photos are very similar to this house.
Or maybe she is the neighbour because from further searching, it looks like Danielle Nicholas Bryk is the designer as she also has an 8 Rainsford folder in her Pinterest and she has this photo on her site…

I love those walls.
As for the rest of the house, I really like it.
The first floor seems spacious with a large kitchen with lots of storage. The bedrooms all have lots of storage (actually, not the one at the front of the house) and large bathrooms. The basement is finished and the backyard is a nice space (but with pea gravel). Plus there are 2 parking spots.
But maybe it was because is was initially listed in the middle of the summer or because the price was too high, it never sold when it was first listed for $3,250,000. Then again, for some reason, it was only listed for 4 days.
It is now back on the market…
For $2,899,000.
