41 Northcote Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO
A few years ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom rebuild with a detached 2 car garage on a 19.82 x 123 foot lot at 41 Northcote Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.
It was a house that used to look like this…
Apparently, it was then redone by Rick Deol of BuildSimple, Natalie Leonard from Passive Design Solutions. and Jonathan Hatch of Hatch Designs, the same people behind the Kingsway house at 72 Belvedere Boulevard…
Overall, it was a good house except for the fact that there was no door to one bedroom in what was a shared bathroom.
It was listed at $2,869,000 and sold a few weeks later for $2,775,000.
Still without a door to the shared bathroom, t is now on the market…
For $3,749,900.
Seems like a big increase, especially in this market.
