At the beginning of October, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom with 3 parking spots and a detached garage on a 32.25 x 103 foot lot at 26 St. Hilda's Avenue in Sherwood Park in Toronto.

It was a fully renovated house that looked like this when it was last for sale in 2018…

It was listed at $1,699,000 and it sold for $1,675,000.

It was then renovated and came back on the market for $2,995,000. I wondered if the the apartment building that would most likely be replaced with a taller condo building would have any effect on the final price.

Not sure if it did because this house sold…

For $2,850,000.
