245 Lisgar Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE, TORONTO
When I saw the dining room of this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17 x 100 foot lot at 245 Lisgar Street in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto…
I immediately thought of this shot that is, or was, often on Instagram (I feel) from a house that I posted a few years ago…
It felt very similar.
Turns out, it is the same house and this is what the main photo of the front of the house looked like when it was listed in 2019…
At that time, the house was owned by Karen Williams of WilliamsCraig Design and House of WC.
It was listed at $1,989,000 and sold for $2,203,000.
A month ago, it came back on the market (I just noticed it today). And I am not sure if it is fully staged but I found the feel of the furniture and decor was quite similar to what was in the house in 2019.
As of the beginning of October, it was back on the market…
For $2,479,000.
In 2019, this house sold in a week. What is the deal this time? I know the market is a bit messed up but that is a good price compared to the 2019 price.
