Last week, I saw this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 19.21 x 98 foot lot at 51 Olive Avenue in Seaton Village in Toronto and wanted to post it.
For some reason, I got distracted and forgot about it but I am not surprised that it has sold and sold fast.
It used to look like this when it was last listed in 2009…
It was listed at $699,000 and sold for $642,500.
At some point, it was fully renovated and opened up and it is now bright with the west light coming through the large glass doors at the back and it feels larger than before. There is lots of storage in the kitchen and basement though not a lot in the bedrooms.
But that didn’t seem to matter because this house that was listed last week for $1,679,000…
Sold 2 days ago for $1,905,000.
