AND IT WENT FOR - 91 Salem Avenue - DOVERCOURT VILLAGE, TORONTO

On Monday, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with a detached garage on a 15.75 x 131 foot lot at 91 Salem Avenue in Dovercourt Village in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when it was last for sale in 2012…

The asking price was $699,000 and it sold for $685,000.

It was then renovated in 2015 while leaving the basement unfinished and it came back on the market at the beginning of last week for $1,899,900.

I thought the house showed really well but that maybe the price was a little high considering the basement wasn’t finished and the 3rd floor didn’t have a bathroom.

Turns out it had already sold at the end of last week…
