When I first saw the listing for this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom with 2 underground parking spots at 107 Lonsdale Road in Deer Park in Toronto…
I thought I had posted it before.
And considering it has been on and off the market from being listed for sale in January 2008 for $1,799,000, in November 2008 for $1,495,000, and again in March 2009 for $1,339,000 and in January 2010 for $1,399,000…
Plus the 6 times it has been listed for lease since then…
It wouldn’t be a surprise if I had.
But it turns out it was the neighbour at 101 Lonsdale Road that I posted…
They are basically the same house though other than the kitchens and the now painted bathroom vanities in this house.
This is what this house looked like in 2013 when it was for lease for $6,700…
Apparently, it was not leased with that listing but at some point between then and when it was next for lease in April 2016, the kitchen was opened up to the front door and completely redone. It was for lease for $9,800 and eventually was leased in June for $8,800.
It is now for lease again for $11,000.
And it listed with the same furniture from 2016 so does that mean it is for lease furnished?
Because those couches look pretty comfortable.
