AND IT WENT FOR - 90 Frater Avenue - WOODBINE HEIGHTS, TORONTO

On Monday, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with a detached garage (shed) on a 19 x 103 foot lot at 90 Frater Avenue in Woodbine Heights in Toronto.

It was a house that had sold in 2019 for $980,000 after being listed for $899,000.

It came back on the market last week with a new kitchen and carpet in the basement.

The asking price was $979,000. It sold yesterday…

For $1,070,000.

I would have thought it could have gone for $1,150,00 but I guess they didn’t get the offers or perhaps just wanted to sell.
