7 Croft Street - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO

In November, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom laneway house with 1 parking spot on a 26 x 46 foot lot at 6 Croft Street in Harbord Village in Toronto

It was a laneway house that had been renovated when it was put on the market in 2016. The asking price then was $1,585,000 and it sold for $1,620,000.

By November, it was back on the market with few changes that I could see for $2,149,900. It eventually sold for $1,980,000 in December.

Two months later, the neighbour across the street at 7 Croft Street is on the market.

And while the reno at 6 Croft Street was good…

This is MUCH better.

Like 6 Croft Street, this is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house but with an actual garage rather than a covered spot. And the lot size here is 22.64 x 56 feet versus 26 x 46 at 6 Croft.

So, basically the same but the finishings in this house are more current and, for me, it overall shows better.

The asking price for this house is…

$2,299,000.

I don’t think it will sit for long.

P.S. Definitely worth checking out the walkthrough here.
