It was then a 3 bedroom with only 2 bathrooms and I think an unfinished basement. It was listed at $1,250,000 and sold for $1,215,000.
It was then completely redone (except for at least 1 bathroom). The first floor was opened up with lots of windows, new floors, a new kitchen with lots of storage, the basement is finished (which I don’t think it was before), and an ensuite was added to the primary bedroom. Only thing is I wish the door was on the other wall so that the bedroom door could be moved to put the laundry in the hallway.
Otherwise, this is overall a really good move-in ready house with a mudroom.
It is now listed at $1,699,000.
