AND IT WENT FOR - 7 Croft Street - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a garage on a 22.64 x 56 foot lot at 7 Croft Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It was across the street from a similar space in size and rooms at 6 Croft Street that was listed in November and sold for $1,980,000 in December.

This house had a more modern feel to it and I personally preferred it. I thought others would as well which is why I thought it would sell quickly with an asking price of $2,299,000.

It was on the market for a week and sold for asking.
