It was then completely renovated back to the studs with what looks like an addition at the back. And it is a VERY good reno. It is very family friendly and while I normally don’t like stained glass windows, they look great in this house.
If this house were not to have been renovated but had a yearly compounded increase of 6%, it would be worth $2,275,000.
So…
It was clear that the recent asking price of $2,450,000 was low and they were hoping for a bidding war.
Instead, this house was only on the market for 3 days and it sold…
For $3,650,000.
Apparently a record high for the street.
