Two weeks ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with a 2 car garage on a 25 x 125 foot lot at 426 Roxton Road in Bickford Park in Toronto.

It was a house that was originally listed in December after being flipped from a house that looked like this in 2020…

It was listed for $1,599,000 and sold for $1,861,000.

When it came back on the market in December, the asking price was $2,999,000. It didn’t sell and a week later it had a price increase to $3,249,000. Again, it didn’t sell and that price was dropped to $3,199,000 in January. Two weeks ago, they dropped the price again to $3,099,000.

It finally sold…

For $2,995,001.

$4,999 less than the first asking price.
