Huh.

This is a 4+3 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 25.07 x 100 foot lot at 84 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Grove in Toronto.

And if it looks familiar, it’s because I posted it when it was on the market in 2020 for $2,450,000.

It was a house with some quirks but it showed well. There was a lot of black in the house which could easily be changed with paint if that wasn’t your thing (except for the bathrooms). Plus, it had a basement income apartment or a great space for a teenager.

But in 2020, this house never sold. In 2021, it came back on the market for $2,199,000. It sold for $2,305,000.

It is now back on the market again (with a much better dining table situation).

The asking price is…
