Yesterday, I posted this 4+3 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 25.07 x 100 foot lot at 84 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Grove in Toronto.

It was the 3rd time I had posted it in the last 2 years.

The first time I posted was in 2020 when it was on the market for $2,450,000. It never sold and was back on the market a year later for $2,199,000. It sold for $2,305,000.

Last week, and a year after the last sale, it was back on the market for $2,198,000. So, they were presumably looking for a bidding war.

And it looks like they got it because this house sold yesterday for…

$2,561,000.

Or an increase of 11% in 1 year.

It was the dining room table.
