This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 16.25 x 102 foot lot at 99 Miller Street in the Carleton Village neighbourhood in Toronto.
According to the listing, it was fully renovated in 2017. Since there have only been a few changes since it last sold in July of 2017, I’m guessing that renovation that is being referred to was done by the previous owner.
But there have been a few changes since then.
I think there may be some new windows, the front door has been replaced with a much better door, the kitchen floor was changed and the cabinets were painted, there are new appliances, the fireplace was replaced, and the bathrooms were redone. And they are all great updates.
In 2017, this house was initially listed at $949,000. After a bunch of wacky price changes, it finally sold for $750,000.
It’s now back on the market for $1,099,900.
Considering this house down the street at 61 Miller Street…
That is basically the same house (but with a garage and lighter floors) was listed in September 2020 for $1,055,000 after being listed at $999,000…
I’m guessing this will sell slightly over ask.
