In December, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 4 parking spots on a 30 x 140 foot lot at 11 Knight Street in East York in Toronto.

It was a ‘full renovation’ of a house that used to look like this when it was listed in 2020…

The asking price was $899,900 and it sold for $910,000.

As mentioned, it was completely renovated and they did a really good job.

It was listed in December for $2,388,800. It didn’t sell and it had a price drop last week to $2,288,000.

It sold at the beginning of this week…

For $2,558,000.
