Almost 3 weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 20 x 130 foot lot at 99 Greensides Avenue in Wychwood in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when it was last listed in 2017…

It was then a 3 bedroom with only 2 bathrooms and I think an unfinished basement. The asking price was $1,250,000 and it sold for $1,215,000.

It was then completely redone other than a bathroom or 2 with another 2 bathrooms added and the basement was finished.

The asking price was $1,699,000 and I presumed the were hoping for a bidding war.

It looks like they got it because this house sold a few days later…

For $2,280,000.
