When I saw this photo from the listing for this 2 bedroom, 4 bathroom, approximately 4500 square foot condo with 3 parking spots at 113 Dupont Street in the Annex in Toronto…
I recognized it right away.
I had posted a video of it in the past as it was the former home to Bonnie Brooks, former Hudson's Bay Company's vice-chairman and current board member of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust and Rogers Communications.

She then moved to the house at 78 Wychwood Park that I last posted in 2018…
Then possibly to 55A Rowanwood Avenue in Rosedale…
Then to 39 Heath Street West at Yonge and St. Clair…

Since its last sale in 2011 for $2,295,000, it has been listed 3 more times. First was in June 2020 when the asking price was $5,395,000. It didn’t sell and it was brought on the market again for the same price in October 2020. Again, it didn’t sell and listed in March 2021 for $4,995,000.
It’s now back on the market again…
For $4,880,000.
