AND IT WENT FOR - 375 Shaw Street - LITTLE ITALY, TORONTO

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a detached 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom garage rental unit on a 23.5 x 127 foot lot at 375 Shaw Street in Little Italy.

It was a house that had been listed for 2 weeks before I posted it but I didn’t post it until I did because nothing really stood out to me about the house.

Except for this…

Why was this family room sunken? But even though it was intriguing, I still decided not to post it at the time (though it is a good house).

Until a reader sent an email pointing out that I had posted this house before. And that this was actually the house that had this in the kitchen…

When it was listed then, the asking price was $1,200,000 and sold for $1,405,000.

After the full renovation, it was back on the market at the end of March for $3,495,000.

It sold the day I posted it…

For $3,495,000.
