It’s been a loooong time…

But the second I saw this house, I knew I had posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with a 1 car garage and another spot on a 20 x 122 foot lot before.

The last time I posted it, the house had just had a full renovation after failing to sell 8 months earlier when it looked like this…

When it looked like this, the asking price was $849,000. They terminated the listing and then it was renovated. The asking price was $1,485,000 which I thought was really expensive and that $1,295,000 might be better.

It sold for $1,450,000.

A little over 10 years later, it is back on the market with few changes that I can see. But it still looks like a good house.

The asking price is now…

$2,399,000.

This is going over by several hundred thousand.
