Otherwise, I don’t understand why this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with a 1 car garage on a 25.59 x 120 foot lot at 347 Milverton Boulevard in Danforth Village would be on the market for 8 days and not have sold yet.
It used to look like this when it was last for sale in 2013…
It was listed for $630,000 and sold for asking.
It was then fully renovated and they did a really good job. I would change the handles in the kitchen and perhaps add a white countertop but neither are necessary. And if they hadn’t changed the outside from this just last year…
I too probably would have painted the house white as they have or perhaps a dark grey colour.
As it is now, it is a great move-in-ready house.
The asking price is $1,398,000.
So, tonight must be offer night.
